Line cooks


A line cook isn’t a slacker or synonymous for someone who gave up. It’s incredibly skilled labor that is hard on your body and mind and a lot of us struggle with addiction and mental illness. Your food doesn’t just magically appear at your table. It takes long hours of training and discipline. Peoples hands made your food, from the raw ingredients to the fry cook who just moved out of the dish pit and have their eyes on sauté. Have some respect for your food and the people who make it possible.
