George (14), John (16), and Paul (15) of The Quarrymen (soon to be The Beatles) in 1958
Apparently this was taken March 8th at a wedding reception in a back room parlor at Paul’s Auntie Gin’s home in Huyton, Liverpool. It was the wedding of Ian Harris, son of Auntie Gin. The photo was taken by Paul’s brother Mike McCartney. This is likely George’s first public appearance with John and Paul, and is the earliest known color photo of the three of them.
