As a Judge, I understand the individual liberty vs. common good arguments currently taking place. The Courts are going to have to resolve these issues. For me, it’s this simple— you have the right to infect and kill yourself with an incurable disease— you don’t have the right to infect me and everybody else. Your religion, and your guns, and your rallies take a back seat to the health and welfare of this nation.. MS
